In the accelerated world that we live in, taking a long bath instead of a five-minute clock-ticking shower is seen as an act of self-care.

It seems that we’ve reached such a point in humanity that the most basic routine tasks such as eating well,  sleeping properly or taking a bath (and doing it mindfully) are a privilege that we enjoy deeply.
Similarly, being in the outdoors or close to nature has the same effect on us; escaping the hustle of the fast-paced concrete city. 

Today we selected five projects that present wonderfully designed outdoor baths in the most tasteful of ways.
Ranging from minimalist pale-coloured open-roofed baths and exotic plants that surround freestanding bathtubs, to a bath at the very edge of an elevated platform surrounded by jungle trees.
